Drone Construction Progress Photos, Including Data Centers

Scheduled flights from the same positions every visit, for builders, owners, lenders and data-center sites.

Part 107 Certified Pilots

Every pilot we connect you with holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

Progress photos only work when they're consistent. A drone can return to the same positions and heights every week or month, so each set lines up with the last and anyone can see what changed: earthwork, footings, steel, roof, paving and landscaping.

Who uses progress flights

Data centers and other large sites

Data-center campuses cover a lot of ground and are built in phases, so a regular aerial schedule shows the whole campus in a way ground photos can't. These sites come with extra rules. They are often fenced, with controlled access and their own security policies, so every flight needs written authorization from the owner or general contractor. Many have substations and high-voltage lines next door. Some are close to airports and need a LAANC authorization. Expect to sign access forms, attend a site safety orientation and wear PPE, and expect photo-sharing limits in the contract.

Safety on an active site

Part 107 limits flying over people who aren't part of the operation, so the pilot coordinates with the superintendent, flies the perimeter and picks times that keep the drone clear of crews and cranes.

What you get

In Eastern Iowa, Darin Chamberlin flies these jobs himself. Elsewhere, we share your request with a local Part 107 pilot.
